A focused leadership coaching approach digging into TIGERS 6 Principles (Trust, Interdependence, Genuineness, Empathy, Risk and Success).
This process often starts off with a company survey assessing team members on each of the six principles, where we then implement one on one leadership coaching using TIGERS inventory assessments, reflection worksheets and mid coaching videos to spark areas of opportunity during the leadership journey. Once the leadership coaching is complete, there is second company survey to see improvements or additional opportunities. When there is more opportunity, we focus on the employee TIGERS certification or education through a book club using Becoming TIGERS or TIGERS Among Us.
