Anxiety with James Hamet
“Anxiety is paralyzing. It is not physical, but it is mental.” James Hamet
James Hamet is an inventor with patents in neurotechnology. With his previous company, Neurable, James sought to help fully paralyzed people control things in their life with brain activity via EEG. Now, James’ work addresses a different form of paralysis: anxiety. His latest project, an app called Ex Mantra, makes it easier for clients to feel connected with their coach or counselor between sessions. James continues to stay active in neurotechnology, contributing to new Alzheimer’s diagnostic techniques. James also runs a charity supporting children with anxiety in the classroom called LIT Conversations.
