I am Ali Cammelletti and I bring over 30 years’ of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Serving in many capacities within the industry, from a front-line restaurant and lodging employee to building and owning a successful event planning business and now as a leadership and sales consultant.

Having earned a B.A. in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, I continued my education as an instructor at Central Oregon Community College for the Business Department, bringing in another element to my experience. I taught the following courses; Customer Service, Event Planning, Retail Management, and Lodging Management, In 2014 I contracted with Le Cordon Bleu and taught; Information Technology Systems, Hospitality Technology Systems, and Hotel and Lodging Operations.

I have been independently consulting with businesses on relationship building customer service including phone skills, front line customer service, sales and leadership techniques for over 16 years. Previously, I was a business consultant for a hospitality software company who assisted the lodging industry on how to drive revenue through elevating sales techniques. Introducing me to the Vacation Rental Industry as a vendor instead of a consumer.

In 2013 I launched Spark Your Mindset LLC. (previously Cammelletti Consulting), focusing on the hospitality industry specifically. Currently I am a member of the Vacation Rental Management Association as well as Northwest Vacation Rental Professionals, where I speak at conferences throughout the year. I write articles for VRMIntel Magazine and specialize in helping companies with relationship building customer service and sales coaching for their teams as well as coaching managers on growing their internal relationship building customer service and leadership skills. My podcast Snack Leadership features everything leadership in bite size pieces so you can be quickly inspired to spark your mindset with new creative ideas on how to grow your leadership skills.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my little girl, Chela, running, cross-country skiing, hiking, golfing and camping. I am a Central Oregon native that moved back after pursuing my restaurant career in San Francisco, California.
